why ticket is not showing a specific status though its visible on its workflow.

What could be reason if only 1 ticket which is task and is not showing a specific status e.g ready for production deployment but this status is visible on its workflow and other tasks tickets in the same project showing this status.
I have checked workflow of that ticket(task) which is similar to other tickets (task)  and there is no condition/validation.
What else could be reason please help me to know.

Likely there is a Condition n the transition to Ready for Production status that the one issue does not meet. If you are an admin, edit the workflow and check for the presence of a condition on the transition.
