why the reporter field show netid but not full name when export issues from JIRA to CSV file?

1. I am going to try export JIRA issues to CSV File.

2. opened the CSV file and check the reporter.

It shows netid such as mzj7f9, but actually i would like to see the full name. such as Chen Tao. I don't know how to set it.
