i only can open epic level items , but no acccess for SI and CA items, can't using jira to manage feature, but everything went well before.

If you are using Jira Software Cloud, which plan are you using - Free, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise?
Are you a Jira Administrator or a non-administrator user of Jira?
Are you unable to access issues that already exist, or are you have trouble creating new issues of those issue types?
