why jira don't show roadmap in classic project

I created a new board, with only one project but the menu to roadmap isn't showing.
Have any option outside Boards to activate my account to have Roadmaps?

Does your filter have any Epics in the results? Since Roadmap is based on Epics, I am wondering if lack of Epics result in no Roadmap showing up
