why is the status (internalle managed by jira software) called acceptence instead of acceptance?

I think we did something wrong, but our English teacher came with :

are we missing something?

fixed by merging acceptance and acceptence statuses in all workflows

Acceptance is not a standard JIRA status, so my guess is that one of your users added it, within a "simplified workflow" (which would explain the "managed by jira" thing)
