why is my create sprint button missingÉ

I`m an admin, site admin, project admin - every admin role I can find. But I still don`t see a Create Sprint button when I`m viewing my backlog. I don`t have an Agile drop down either. These two problems make the Atlassian documentation useless - can`t follow.

You are in Cloud? Can you make sure you have JIRA Software (which has the JIRA Agile add-on)? Maybe you only have JIRA Core?

Sounds like they've only got Core, not Software!
