why i cant use anything in jira pro or log in jira cloud ?

i can log in but i'm not allowed to use anything and when i try again and again they tell me to tell you about it

If you can't "use anything", then your administrators have not granted you the permissions for anything.  You will need to talk to them about getting you the right permissions.

Also, we don't know what you mean by "jira pro" - again that's probably something for your admins to help you with.

I don't know what support or contact details they may or may not have given you.

If you don't have that information, your best bet is to ask your colleagues and/or the person who got you your access.
