why i can't verify my address?

Hello Team,

I am currently completing my onboarding and my address verification keeps failing with the message:

“UNSUPPORTED_COUNTRY / Usability Rejected / DOCUMENT_CONTENT_NOT_SUPPORTED”.

I am located in Egypt and the system may not recognize the document I uploaded.
Could you please review my address manually or advise which specific document type is accepted?

This forum is a user community for discussing questions related to the Jira product from Atlassian.

We are not the technical support team for specific instances of the Jira product. We are users of our own instances of the Jira product.

It is unclear if you are using the Jira product in your onboarding process. If you are, it sounds like the company that manages that instance of Jira has added some customizations that are blocking your process.

Since we are not the owners or admins for that instance of Jira, we cannot directly help you.

I recommend that you contact the people who directed you to start that onboarding process to ask them for help with this problem.
