why i can't add tasks to my tickets space?

I press the button + to add a new task inside  a Service management space. i can edit the form, but the button to create doesn't work. i can't see any issue messages in the browser.

Can you provide some more context, screenshots etc.

Are you creating the issue via the portal or directly on the project?

Also when you say the "button to create doesn't work", what exactly happens when you click on it?

Are you referring to the + Create blue button at the top of the page? Are you filling out the create screen then or are you filling out a form? Those are two different things.
