why an error page prompt when firstly click the newly installed jira app in ipad?

Test 1

Step 1: Download and installed the JIRA software app in ipad mini2(IOS12.5.7)

Step 2: Click the Jira App

Expected result: It will ask me to login with a login page

Actual result: It show an error page with following code

Step 1: open the safari browser in ipad mini2

Step 2: search Jira Software in google.com

Step 3: click the jira webpage

Expected result: show the webpage

Actual result: show webpage in almost 1 second, then it jumps to a blank page. It is still the same after 2mins.
