why I cant work with multiple sprints?

I set parallel sprint in 2021-08-08_18-39-47.png2021-08-08_18-40-36.png

Jira Software configuration

I made a new secont sprint but the button "Start sprint" is not active.

 

what do I need to do?

Unfortunately parallel sprints are not currently supported in team-managed projects, only company-managed projects.

There's an open feature request for this that you can vote on: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17195
