who is my org admin

hi,

im a site admin, but i cant see the security tab, thus i cant get the info needed for SSO integration.

i read online that only org admin is capable for this information.

how can i know who is the org admin?

Hi @Israel Martin and welcome to the Community,

Even as site administrator, you should be able to view the user directory of your site. In Atlassian admin, navigate to user management. Filter the user list to display your site admins:

As a result, you should see all users that are site administrators. This list also includes your organization admins. They are labeled with a lozenge ORG & SITE ADMIN.

i have 2 org admins, and they both left the company. how can i get their permissions under my user?

Hi Martin,

A first thing you could try, is see if you can still reach out to them and see if they can help you transfer their permissions.

If that is not possible, the next best thing to do is reach out to Atlassian support through https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and ask for help there.
