while creating custom field we are not able to use use advance custom fields

We as organization, use jira server 7.3.6 on production, we are not able to create advance custom fields, like it shows its been created but it is not visible on jira issue page, while normal fields like labels and number fields are is showing up on issue screen, but specific advance field like non editable number fields are not showing up on issue screen, if some one could give some suggestions on that, we have already tried based on atlassian documents. Then also it have problems.

Can you provide more information on which advanced custom fields you are trying to create and show? I assume that  you have checked that they are added to the screens associated with the issue type.
