Does anyone know where I go to find out what my company backups for restores has been set at, Atlassian have said the default is 14 days for supporting recovery but an administrator can set up and define an AWS S3 "bucket" as a destination for backup files, then the system will support recovery from backup of up to 30 days.
Where on the platform can I find out what our is set at?
The default 14 days can't be changed, this is what Atlassian stores.
If you want to store backup longer, you will need to make them yourself and store the files in a location
The option with an S3 bucket is still in Beta, this is setup in Atlassian Administration.
