where can I find the quick filters setup?
Hello @Guy Teomi ,
Welcome to the community...!
In Cloud Jira, quick filters are a feature that allows users to customize their board view by quickly filtering issues based on specific criteria.
You can generally set up or modify quick filters by following these steps:
Navigate to Your Board:Open your Jira project and go to the board you wish to customize. This could be a Kanban or Scrum board, depending on your project setup.
Open Board Settings: In the upper-right corner of the board, click on the "•••" (ellipsis) menu to open additional options. Select "Board settings" from the dropdown menu. This will take you to the board configuration screen.
Access Quick Filters: In the board settings menu on the left-hand side, you’ll see various options. Click on "Quick Filters." This section allows you to view, create, and edit the quick filters available on your board.
Create or Edit Quick Filters: To add a new quick filter, click on the "Add Quick Filter" button. Enter a name for your filter and provide a JQL (Jira Query Language) expression that defines the filter criteria. To edit an existing filter, click on the pencil icon next to the filter you wish to modify. Update the name or JQL as needed.
Apply Changes: Once you’ve created or edited your quick filters, go back to your board. The quick filters will appear as buttons above your board, allowing you to toggle them on or off to filter the issues displayed.
Hope this helps.
