I have a question, in big picture, in the Roadmap module, where I can edit the dates shown in the PI section, image is attached.

Hello,
Program Increments and Iterations are managed (creating and editing) from the Overview module. If you want to edit PI or Iteration start & end dates, please go to the Overview module (hierarchy view), then find a given Iteration and click “Edit” as on my screenshot below (BP 7.11.16).
