I'd suggest that you Org admin, take a look at System Health at admin.atlassian.com. 🚦
They should be able to check whether there are any specific info stated there for your site and apps. 👀

If you're on a paid plan, your Jira admin can reach out to Atlassian Support in case you suspect that maintenance is taking too long. Note that in the majority of cases, sites are down for maintenance only 30-60 mins tops.
