Hi, I noticed a similar issue which has been addressed now. Please try the following steps.

  1. Open and select the cog icon > System > Incoming Mail

  2. Find all mail servers with Google OAuth Authentication Type

  3. Select Edit, and then Re-authorize

Hey @Cody Ridler , sorry to hear you're having some issues with the issue importing. Based on what you've stated, I assume you're talking about the Email intake method for Jira Service Management?

If that's the case, I would encourage you to review the email settings within your Jira Service Management project / space. I've seen errors arise there that can be easily resolved. You can find this under your Space Settings, then Channels & self service, and then Email.

If you do not see any errors here either, I would recommend raising a support ticket with Atlassian directly via their support.atlassian.com site. Their teams will be able to do a deeper dive into the system to see what might be going wonky.

Hope this helps!

Robert
