when Non-Jira user creating a ticket, Reporter getting a mail,but created person not getting a mail

When non-jira user creating a ticket through email.

Issue is creating.

Reporter is getting a mail regarding Issue Created message.

But Customer is not getting any Confirmation message.

Please Suggest the configuration.
