when I do User Export the number of columns are not same

when I do User Export the number of columns are not same I can see the users that have additional columns is due to coma in the full name the raw report is pushing the name after the coma to the next columns any IDEA on how to fix with out having to delete and recreate the User profile

That's being done by whatever program you are opening the raw data in assuming every comma is a separator, not by the data.

The only way to "fix" this on the Jira side is to rename the users without using commas in their names.
