Because each one of us can spend time for a ticket but it does not have to be assigned or reported by the team.

I wanted to know what are those jira tickets wherein my time logged an hour spent daily?

There is no JQL available to search for time logged by a specific user. However, there are several add-ons that provide detailed reports on time-logs. Few examples below.
