what should i do when I can't add someone onto a board

alerts and complications arise, a member is unable to follow links and such

What do you mean when you say you can't add someone? What exactly are you doing/have tried? And what are you wanting to be the result?

On the board I'm trying to add someone to, the link fails to add them. It is open in settings and the error messages come up every time.
