what is wrong with my jira id?

Since i was using jira for the first time but as soon as i opened the home page it showed me thet there's some issue wtih my id . kindely see the attached pictures to understand in detail

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Checking the information about your account on the site, I can confirm that you were added to the default group of Jira Software, so you should be able to access the Projects' page.

I can see that you also have access to Confluence, are you able to access Confluence normally?

Have you tried to log in using another browser or using incognito mode?

Can you access other pages in Jira, like dashboards or filters?

Also please, confirm with your site administrator if you have the Browse projects permission. They can find this information on Cog icon > System > Global permissions.

It must be some problum with Browser projects permission but now its solved.
