In following report , tickets of the week starting from 28 Dec First Response Time (FRT) average is 46.91 hrs , my question is, these tickets are created on this week , or first responded on this week ? what is the numerator and denominator to calculate this Avg FRT ？
and also the same question for Jira Dashboard Average First Response Time Chart, what is the numerator and denominator to calculate Dashboard chart Avg FRT ？
