In following report , tickets of the week starting from 28 Dec First Response Time (FRT) average is 46.91 hrs , my question is, these tickets are created on this week , or first responded on this week ? what is the numerator and denominator to calculate this Avg FRT ?
and also the same question for Jira Dashboard Average First Response Time Chart, what is the numerator and denominator to calculate Dashboard chart Avg FRT ?

These tickets are the ones that are first responded on this week. So the count of these tickets is denominator. Sum of first response times of these tickets is numerator.
