Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I think you need to explain what "itrack" is to us Jira users who have never heard of it.  Why are you asking?  What are you seeing in your Jira that says "itrack"?  Have you asked your Jira admins?

I want to know what "itrack" is. I was on an interview and the client stated they were moving away from JIRA and going to iTrack. but I cannot find any information or any Comparisions between the two.

You won't find a lot.  Jira is a well-used Issue tracker, but most of us don't know what iTrack is.

I do, I'm old, I've run into it several times, and I can tell you that Jira is by far a better issue tracker - most people refer to iTrack as a "legacy" system.
