what is Perfect way to solve this problem?

Today we use Excel to solve this, but looking to see if JIRA+Confluence+Market place tools to solve this problem

We maintain Spec in Excel Sheets.

Each Spec has different types of Test cases Production test, Design test etc each of them maintain their separate excel files

Teams fill in test results in their corresponding excel files

Bunch of Macros to consolidate the results to show overall spec health (Pass fail limits)

Is this something that can be solved using JIRA and Confluence.
