what have I updated recently?

I see how to list all items updated recently, but how do I filter to just the ones I updated?

I see how to filter to all the ones created by someone in particular, but I want to filter by the ones updated by a particular person (well, me specifically)

Go to your Profile link at top right corner. and a display of your recently updated issue will be under Activity Stream.
