Hi Jasmine, welcome to the Community!
When I think of Microsoft Project, I think Gantt charts. There are definitely a few apps on the Atlassian Marketplace that add Gantt charts and seek to address other features Microsoft Project offers.
One thing that comes with Jira is the Roadmap feature in Next-Gen projects. Check out this introduction video:
