how do i check the account which is deleted as not able to check in current teams.

Does it specifically say the team has been deleted or that an organization with the name "team-1610363214589" has been deleted?

Atlassian has recently been cleaning up old organizations that had no activity and if a user in your organisation creates a new site the name will be prefixed with team-something

If you have a (redacted) screenshot of the email it might become more clear.
