viewing issue history - Scrum board

Hi, I am trying to find a view issue history/ track issue movement in Jira. The requirement for us is to understand the entire journey an issue has passed through before marked complete. It is extremely useful if we would like to find an audit log as specific to an issue if a certain bug comes out of it, etc. 

Any plugins or ideas as to how I can find out this information?

Welcome to Atlassian community!

Actually, the history of each issue can be accessed by selecting History in the Activity section of the Issue View:

Selecting History, any field or Status updates will be displayed listed. Comments and Work logged has its own categories under the Activities.

Please, let us know if you are looking for something different.
