Hi,

Sometimes in our office,

- when version is released does not have issues,

- when version is released do not have issues from issutype (defect or develop)

Is posible to create an automation that send us an email when happens that?

Thanks

Hi @Ander ,

below is an example automation that should help you reach your goal. You can have the necessary conditions and actions according to your use case. It all comes down to lookupIssues smartvalue. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi @Ander

Yes, and...to Jack's answer:

If you add a default value of 0 for that lookup issue size, it will always be a number.  Otherwise it would be null (an empty value) when there are no issues.  So an improvement could be:

Version {{version.name}} released with {{lookupIssues.size|0}} issue(s).

Kind regards,
Bill
