velocity chart showing different report other than the sprint report

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
My velocity chart is showing 28 SP committed and 38 SP delivered but the sprint report shows 38 SP delivered, 117 SP not completed and 52 SP removed from sprint
This is weird never had this issue before
