using two conditions to Fast-track transition an issue

I want the two conditions to be true:

(issue.getAssignee() !=null) and (cfValues[' Fix Version/s '] != null)

But the 'and' dosn't seem to work. Can i have two conditions?

use '&&' instead of 'and'.

still does not see to work.

Tried:

(issue.getAssignee() !=null) && (cfValues[' Fix Version/s '] != null)

and

issue.getAssignee() !=null && cfValues[' Fix Version/s '] != null
