using jira on demand in mobile

hi

i have started jira free trial form today. but i can't access on my iphone. as seen in the manual, all i have to is just writng the url i got when i open my account. but url i got isn't working in mobile. it said " doesn't exist" and i don't have permission to view it. i don't know what i do more. plz check and advise that asap. thanks.
