We are not receiving emails to Ruggedbooks.com domain. Can you check if we are suppressed?
I found there were several users that have seen a bounce message like this one:
550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS(201806281) [YT3CAN01FT029.eop-CAN01.prod.protection.outlook.com 2024-01-29T14:49:53.013Z 08DC20D2B77A9C96]
I have cleared the suppression from our side for all users on your domain, but please take a look at Unblocking Office365 emails for Atlassian Cloud - Atlassian Community - this guide contains steps you can take within Office365/outlook in order to prevent this suppression happening again.
