user is not listing in assignee dropdown

can't find a user by searching their username or full name. using scrum template with next-gen project.

Hi Najam, make sure that the user is actually part of the project. Go to Project settings > Access and verify they are listed there.

he is there. his name is habib satti. issue is with him only for every project we had. all of sudden he stop showing up cant assign tasks to him. he can go to jira and assign tasks to himself.
