I tried to invite a user. But it was denied. Reason, user is blocked. How can I unblock a user again?
I am not familiar with the system and need a detailed discription. I have the rights of an admin.

When you say that the user is blocked, I assume that you mean they cannot accept the invite at all? This shouldn't be the case. The best solution for you is to contact the Atlassian support directly by raising a ticket here
