as an administrator I can use the "@name" feature in the comment boxes. but the rest of the users cant! (the name directory does not not appear and does not highlight anything, seems to be deactivated)) please tell me how to activate this for the rest of the users.

Hello Brian, could you confirm if the users who can't do it have Browse Users global permission?
