Hi,

Is there a way to identify who added a user to our Jira software product.  We have admins for this product however all say they did not add user.

Hi @Dorothy Callahan the Audit log under Monitoring of the Security tab in Atlassian Administration should be able to tell you who granted product access to a user.

Be sure to check out the User access settings under Products as well for approved domains or user invites.

I see an invite was sent.  Below is what the audit log shows.  The redacted information above "Atlassian Internal System" is the user name in question.  Does this mean she added herself and if so, how was she able to do without being an Admin.  Based on my review, she has not been added to any of our projects therefore she has no role.
