Hi all

i created 3 project in my jira account

2 software development projects

1 service management project

i want to add users to access the 3 projects  but as normal user without administration permission

the problem is when i invited users, they only have access to 1 project in software development but all others projects are not shown

and when i make the user has administration permission all projects are shown to him

so please advice how i can add user to all existing or new project but with normal user permission

Hi @John Zakaria , welcome to the Community.

Are you working with Company managed or Team managed projects? You can determine this in lower left corner. Access to projects is managed via permissions. For CMP permissions are under projects settings > permissions. For TMP this is managed under project settings > access. For CMP be sure your users are in one of the groups/roles listed in at least Browse and any other categories that provide desired access. In TMP things are simplified, but less flexible, with only three roles: administrator, member, viewer. The access of those roles should be pretty obvious.

Here are some documentation references:

TMP - TMP-permissions

CMP - how-do-jira-permissions-work
