update of email id in jira

one of our employee has changed their email id, Is it possible to update/replace that email id to existing email id in JIRA cloud users lists without losing the data

Hi Ramesh,

It might be possible but he will have to do it himself. If you are in Jira cloud he will have to login with his account and modify it. 
If it nos possible maybe you will have to contact Atlassian Support.
