I no longer work for company x but still have tickets with the project that I am on
How do i either remove myself from that ticket or set it to resolved so that it no longer appears in my queue.
I don't have access to the project and the company has closed up.

If you have no access, there's nothing you can do because you can't change anything.
You need to get their admin to shut down your account.
