Hi,

 

I am unable to view drop-down list in jira both in IE and chrome,

 

When I open jira in HVD it is working fine ,when I open jira in my laptop it's not working.so this is not because of jira access.

 

Kindly suggest

It could be access.

The most common cause of this is when you've had a session open for a while and Jira has timed out.  After the timeout, the menus can disappear.  Refreshing the page should bring it all back (and ask you to log in again).

Can you check if it is not this first?
