this is being used for testing purpose for a POC, its unavailable now. 
Is there any alternate sandbox

You will need to contact the administrators of that specific instance for help. If you are unsure who to contact, start with the people that originally told you to access that instance. If it is a system managed by your company, try contacting your company technical support organization.

Please send your internal Jira or Atlassian organization administrator the exact error message you receive when opening the sandbox. They should check:

• Whether your account still has Jira access in the sandbox
• Whether you belong to the appropriate sandbox access group
• Whether the sandbox is online, offline, or deactivated
• Whether the board or its saved filter was deleted or restricted
• Whether another company sandbox is available for this POC
