unable to login with recovery_admin in jira

Hello everyone, i was trying to log in jira with my old credentials. that was working just great a while ago, but found out i'm unable to log in, so i tried to use recovery mod, but still got no luck, there aren't any errors showed up, it just doesn't work at all, any suggestions how to fix my problem?

yes. i've done those steps, recovery mode is working, but i can't login with recory admin credentials. When i try to log in with incorrect credentials it shows me credentials error, but with correct credentials for recovery admin it doesn't show any error, just nothing
