unable to login to couchbase jira issues

Dear Team,

i'm unable to log in long time ago it was workign fine. now i'm getting below error. could you please help me to fix this issue.

Like the error says, you do not have the access to Jira on this site. Your org admins need to assign a Jira license to you.
