I am giving the 8 digit verification code but it is telling wrong code
why it is like that?
Have you tried reaching out to your org admin (for this, use your company channels) to see if they can assist you here? Potentially, they could turn off this additional verification, but that's all related to security policies you have within your company/org.
An alternative thing would be to reach out to Atlassian Support as they can see background info related to your account and might be able to see why the authorization is failing.
Again, this might be all interconnected, based on how authentication is configured in the site you're trying to access + how managed accounts are set within your org.
