unable to edit Approver name in Team-Managed project (via Jira template)

Hi all,

we've been using the Jira Cloud template solution (team managed) for an approval workflow project with great success. I now want to amend the approver for our business workflow, but in the Project Settings, it complains that the approver field name is longer than 120 chars. If I remember correctly, this was something that was simply generated by the template. Due to the error message, the "Save" button at the bottom is greyed out.

I've tried creating a new Test project, where I am able to add a new approver without a problem. It also defaults in "Approver" for the aprover field value, and not the long jira.work-management... field name, which looks odd.

Any ideas/pointers appreciated!

Hi MK,

Can you not simply click the X in the field to clear out the value? Or is this what the system puts in after you select a user?
