unable to do Testlink 1.9.10 and JIRA onDemand Integration using Soap/ REST

we were trying to integrate JIRA on Demand V6.13 with Testlink 1.9.10 using soap. but it was giving below specified error

Attention Please:
Something is preventing connection to Bug Tracking System,
and is going to create performance issues.
Please contact your TestLink Administrator

where we can access JIRA instance from the server where testlink is deployed. also testlink setup is accessible using public IP.

even when i try to connect with REST Testlink is able to connect to JIRA on Demand but on clicking Create bug button it does NOTHING and returns message like "ko".

Using REST API in the latest version of TestLink resolved issue. do check VLAN access between Testlink server and JIRA server? also check the port is unblocked from Firewall.
