unable to create a custom dashboard

Hello, 

When i want to create a dashboard ("manage dashboard" -> "create new dashboard") I end up on the log in page, with this message displayed : "You must sign in to access this page. If you think this message is wrong, please contact your JIRA administrators."  

But I am logged in my account ! And I have one of the higher access user ability...

Hi Justine,

Could you please make sure your user belongs to the group that has the JIRA Users Global Permission? There's a bug already reported at: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-23499 regarding this situation.

Please add yourself as a watcher to be notified of future updates.
